Dear Parents/Guardians,

On behalf of governors and staff,  we are delighted to welcome you to Team MSSC! It is an absolute privilege for us to welcome you to our school and we are really looking forward to meeting you all and sharing everything we have to offer here at Moulton.

In order to make our transition process as easy as possible for everyone,  please can we ask you to complete the Admission Form .

This form asks for important information for our school records including your contact details, medical information, parental consent, and biometrics for the cashless catering system. 

The contact details you submit in the application form will be used for electronic communication in the future (text and email).
